What It Does Not Cover
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Routine maintenance
- Materials or components that wear out over time
- Pre-existing conditions
- Manufacturer defects
- Storm, hail, wind, or other outside damage
- Damage or alterations caused by others
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or failure to maintain the property
Maintenance Is the Owner’s Responsibility
Exterior products require maintenance over time. Caulking, sealants, flashing, pipe boots, window seals, gutters, and other components can deteriorate as they age.
Those are maintenance or product-related issues, not workmanship defects
